Offthe top of my head, having reached level 55, I believe my fully upgraded hidden blade can instantly kill the level 58 regular goons summoned in the hard trials of the gods (you have to assassinate them as soon as they spawn), but I can't kill the level 58 captain at the Spring of Serqet.
