Thanks to the Game Pass on PC, I began playing this incredible game. However, my attempt to create a non-imperial Kingdom by visiting Arzagos was unsuccessful as he stated that I should be ruling a Kingdom with a non-imperial culture, even though the castle I own belongs to the Sturgia culture. Can you help me understand what I did wrong? Note
When it's your own clan, you're in absolute control. You can decide which policies you want to enact in your kingdom. They aren't extremely powerful, but you can have eg stronger militia which is nice. Yes the war is supposed to end, the banner is your justification so you're safe there.
I finish quests and try to create my kingdom - but no button in clan menu. Ill help you out if you still need it. OK so go to one of your settlements and appoint a governor if you haven't already. After that what you need to do is talk to the appointed governor about creating a new kingdom.

It would really be difficult to say whether or not Bannerlord's kingdom management and diplomacy mechanics could really support such a "Start." It's pretty borked, right now It also takes a good bit away from "progression." Bannerlord is built for a much longer playthrough experience than Warband.
